1. Showing Your Gallstones

• Send photos and details to our contact e-.

• Submit your Sales Offer with weight and category (whole, mostly whole, fragments, powder).

2. Pricing & Offers

• Make your offer base on weight and grade.

• Once we receive your parcel, we re-check the weight and categories.

• If your initial assessment is accurate, the Sales Offer = Purchase Offer.

3. Price Adjustments

• Differences may occur due to:

  • Inaccurate weights (not excluding packing).

  • Misclassification (e.g., moldy stones downgraded).

  • Breakage during shipping.

  • Excess moisture requiring drying (weight loss).

• Prices also fluctuate in real time based on market demand, exchange rates, and supply levels.

4. Shipping & Legality

• No special permit required.

• You’ll receive notifications at every step (parcel received, offer made, payment sent, etc.).

• If you decline our offer, we return your stones at our expense.

5. Payment

• Payment is made within 48 hours after you accept our Purchase Offer.

• Multiple payment options available: Bank transfer, Western Union, Money Order,.

• If no bank account, cash transfer methods are available.
